Mitsui Fudosan America has partnered with award-winning developer StreetLights Residential to deliver The Oliver, a 351-unit, 18-story high rise located in the Cityplace neighborhood near Uptown Dallas.

As part of the larger 27-acre masterplan, it will provide residents with a 3.5-acre park and access to over 10,000 SF of retail and 200,000 SF of office.
