Mitsui Fudosan America partnered with Tishman Speyer Properties and the San Francisco Giants organization to develop Mission Rock, a mixed-use development consisting of two residential buildings and two office buildings totaling 634,000 square feet of office, 540 residential units and 104,000 square feet of retail located in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco, California.
