Mitsui Fudosan America has partnered with Tishman Speyer to develop Brannan Square, a commercial complex of three independent buildings ranging from ten to 13 floors totaling approximately 1.03 million square feet of floor space located in the SoMa neighborhood of San Francisco, CA.
Designed by the LA-based firm, Michael Maltzan Architecture, the buildings will feature floorplates averaging over 30,000 square feet with 14 feet-14 feet 9 inches of floor-to-floor heights and broad windows.

The project will be a three-minute walk to the new 4th Street & Brannan Street subway station on the Muni Metro T line, a seven-minute walk to the King Street Caltrain station, and offers immediate access to highways 101, I-80, and I-280.
