Mitsui Fudosan America partnered with SKS Investments to develop 270 Brannan Street, a 183,000 square foot, Class A office building in the heart of San Francisco’s SOMA district.
Designed by Pfau Long Architects, the building embodies the latest environmentally sustainable design and has been awarded LEED Platinum certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Innovative Architecture
The innovative architecture provides modern appeal while blending seamlessly with the surrounding South End Historic District. A landscaped atrium located in the center of the property provides a focal point for tenant spaces and allows natural light to stream throughout the building. The upper floors and roof terrace offer panoramic views of the city skyline and the Bay Bridge. The project’s location at 2nd and Brannan is in the heart of SOMA, San Francisco’s most desirable neighborhood for technology companies.
