Mitsui Fudosan America has joined Cypress Real Estate Advisors (CREA) to develop The Northern, a sixteen story, 336 unit, class A apartment building in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood.

The Northern offers unobstructed views of the Downtown Denver skyline and the nearby mountain ranges.
