Television Centre is a 1.1 million square foot, mixed-use redevelopment project on a 14 acre site located in White City, London.
Mitsui Fudosan and its strategic partner, Stanhope, acquired the original BBC Television Centre complex in 2012, and have launched a plan to transform the site into a mixed-use development featuring 500,000 square feet of Class A offices, up to 950 apartments, penthouses and townhomes; three BBC television studios renovated for the digital age; a wide range of cafés and restaurants; an independent cinema; and a 47-room Soho House Hotel & Club.
