Mitsui Fudosan America has partnered with the Hanover Company to develop Riverwalk, a luxury high-rise residential development in Fort Lauderdale.

The project includes a 36-story residential tower with 380 units and 2,800 square feet of premiere retail space. The site enjoys direct access to Fort Lauderdale's most desirable amenities include the Riverwalk, Las Olas Boulevard, and the Central Business District.
