Quince

The Quince is a 260-unit, seventeen story residential development in San Diego, California.

The project is located on the northern section of Bankers Hill, a long-established, affluence neighborhood just north of Downtown San Diego and three blocks from Balboa Park, a 1,200-acre park that is home to an array of performing arts venues, landscaped gardens, recreational facilities, and the world-famous San Diego Zoo. Mitsui Fudosan America and CAST Development partnered to develop the Quince in one of the most pedestrian-friendly and walkable neighborhoods in San Diego.
