Mitsui Fudosan America has taken on another project with the Hanover Company, this time developing a twenty story, 323 unit luxury multifamily building in Dallas's premiere Turtle Creek Neighborhood.

The project sits on a 4.46-acre site, contributing 337,900 of rentable square feet. Twenty total above grade levels will be supplemented by a ten-level precast structured parking garage that accommodates approximately 485 spaces. Amenities will include rooftop resort-style pool, landscaped courtyards and a clubhouse with a demonstration kitchen and fitness center.
