Mitsui Fudosan America and Optima have partnered to develop Optima McDowell Mountain Village

Designed to create an environmentally friendly residential neighborhood that both enhances and blends with the beautiful McDowell Mountains and Sonoran Desert in North Scottsdale and the Greater Scottsdale Airpark.

Optima MMV will provide approximately 12-acres of open space and multi-use path encompassing the development and connecting to the City of Scottsdale Bicycle Master Plan. The sophisticated architectural detail will provide 288,203 rentable square feet.
