Modera SoBro
Modera SoBro is a mid-rise residential community located at 825 6th Avenue South in Nashville.
The project is located in the Pie Town neighborhood of Nashville’s SoBro submarket and designed as a two-phased development project on a 3.86-acre parcel. This marks Mitsui Fudosan America’s first investment in Nashville and first joint venture with developer Mill Creek.
