Mitsui Fudosan America partnered with Related Beal to develop Innovation Square, Phase II – a four story, 265,000 square foot life sciences/laboratory building located in Boston’s Seaport District.
Designed by renowned architects HDR, Inc., and targeting a LEED Gold certification, the building features efficient floor plates spanning approximately 70,000 square feet, with 18 foot ceilings on the first floor and 15 foot ceilings on the upper floors. Vertex Pharmaceuticals took occupancy of the entire building under a long-term lease.
