Parcel 1 at Great Park is to be developed by Mitsui Fudosan America in partnership with Tishman Speyer.

The 31.9-acre development site is located in the Orange County market of Irvine, CA, one of the premiere industrial markets in Southern California, with proximity to John Wayne Airport, LAX, the Los Angeles port complex and an affluent and growing metro area. The partnership will develop a Class-A, multi-building park comprised of four total buildings of 599,949 RSF.
