Figueroa Eight
Figueroa Eight is a 42 story, 438 unit, luxury residential tower developed by Mitsui Fudosan America in the heart of Los Angeles’ resurgent Downtown Financial District.
The building was designed by Los Angeles’ preeminent award-winning architect, Scott Johnson, AIA, and the building interiors have been designed by award-winning interior designer, Lauren Rottet of Rottet Studio.
