8 Centennial Drive is part of the programmatic between Mitsui Fudosan America and Tishman Speyer.
The project is a 60-acre site located 17 miles north of Downtown Boston at the juncture of numerous major regional highways, specifically I-95, Route 128 and Route 1. The ground-up industrial development will yield 695,000 square feet and is part of the larger 307-acre master planned Centennial Business Park.
