The building features 10 feet finished ceilings; 9 feet of vision glass over 1 feet sills; tower floorplates with no interior columns; and high-speed destination dispatch elevators. 55 Hudson Yards offers a state-of-the-art HVAC system for improved indoor air quality and numerous other sustainable features, which has earned the property LEED Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
