The property has 28' of clear height (relative to the market average of +- 18'), five dock-high doors and three at grade doors, 1,000 amps of power and a column-free floor plate. The value-add project includes efforts by Mitsui Fudosan America and Tishman Speyer to upgrade warehouse specifications.
