1901 North Moore is a 27 story, luxury apartment building mixed-use development consisting of 424 units and ground floor retail at the corner of 19th Street North and North Moore Street.
The project was designed by Shalom Barnes Associates and is being developed in partnership with Jefferson Apartment Group (JAG).

The property will consist of studios, 1 bed, 2 bed, 2 bed and dens, and 3 bed units, all featuring best-in-class finishes along with views of the river or the urban center of Rosslyn. The building architecture features a sky window between two distinctly designed towers.

A glass skybridge—complete with a glass floor allowing birds-eye views of the elevated plaza over 200 feet below—connects the two residential towers and is a showcase community amenity. The skybridge features a clubroom with full kitchen, private dining room, fireplace, gaming area—and sweeping views.
