Mitsui Fudosan America is developing a 20-story, 396 unit Class A luxury apartment building in conjunction with LG Development based out of Chicago.

The project is located in Nashville's thriving Midtown neighborhood, attracting residents with its abundance of amenities including entertainment, shopping and prime restaurants. The 4,000 square foot commercial portion of the project is 100% leased to US Bank.
